If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items or dissatisfaction with your purchase, please notify us immediately while you are still at the store, or within 30 minutes of leaving the store. After this time frame, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.

  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If your order contains incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

  • Damaged Products: If any items in your order are damaged, please notify us with photographic evidence within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

  • Unfulfilled Orders: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or other errors, we will offer a full refund or an exchange based on your preference.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us as soon as possible by:
