Made with care, sourced with intention

At Lito’s, quality matters. That’s why everything we serve is handmade or sourced from the best local makers. Our syrups are crafted in-house, our pastries are baked fresh, and we are the only coffee shop to offer Wildstone Bakery’s locally sourced, organic craft sourdough bagels. Each one goes through a long, slow fermentation process, developing deep flavors that mass production can’t replicate—plus, it makes them easier to digest.

We’re also proud to serve Sincerely B’s small-batch cream cheeses, including regular, garlic & herb, and spicy vegan cashew cream cheese. Plus, we are a Living Swell filling station, bringing fresh, locally brewed kombucha to the community.

Handcrafted, homegrown, and close to the heart

local.

At Lito’s, we believe in supporting the artists, makers, and small businesses that make the Santa Cruz area special. Our market is filled with locally sourced decor, handcrafted art, unique crafts, and small-batch food products—all made by talented artisans who put care into every piece.

From ceramics and textiles to preserves and handmade candles, every item tells a story of craftsmanship and community. By choosing local, we’re not just offering beautiful, high-quality goods—we’re creating a space where creativity thrives and supporting the people who make our community unique.

Rooted in place, connected by purpose

community.

Located on the border of Corralitos and Watsonville, Lito’s is shaped by the unique energy of Santa Cruz County—where the mountains meet farmland and the coast’s laid-back vibes blend with agricultural roots. We love the feeling of being part of a small, tight-knit community where the pace is slower, and the connections are deeper.

Lito’s started with a simple goal: to create a space where people can gather, share a meal, and feel at home. Over time, it’s become a reflection of the land and people around us—grounded in the agricultural history of Watsonville, nourished by the creativity of our local artisans, and always a welcoming spot where neighbors meet and connect.
